Environmental Assessment Environmental Review Record Documents

The Environmental Assessment Environmental Review Record documents the comprehensive environmental review conducted for the City of Warsaw and Fellowship Missions’ Former Jomac Products Site Blight Clearance Project. It includes coordination with relevant federal, state, and local agencies and stakeholders, with their respective responses and determination of impacts on the environment.

The environmental review coordination with the agencies began in April 2024 by making contact through emailing and mailing of the environmental review packet. The packet included a letter outlining the project area and the project need, and the request for the agency’s review. Other documentation included the required maps i.e. a floodplain map, wetlands map, topographical map, soil survey map, and supporting photos of the site. Additional supporting documentation included are the Health and Safety Plan prepared in March 2024 and the Asbestos Inspection Report prepared in May 2024.

This Record complies with the requirements and guidelines provided by the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA).
