The Warsaw Police Department is a service-oriented organization. It is our goal to provide the best protection and service for the safety and welfare of the citizens in our community. The department is comprised of several divisions, each with specific goals and responsibilities.

The Administrative Division includes the Chief of Police and Deputy Chief, who are responsible for the overall operation of the Department.

The Detective Division has six sworn officers who are responsible for the investigation of criminal acts.

The Operations Division is comprised of four sections: Records, Data Management, Vehicle Maintenance, and K-9 units.

The Uniform Patrol Division is the largest with 28 assigned officers. This division is responsible for the daily patrol of the city and responding to initial calls for service.

Narcotics investigator(s) are assigned to NET43 (Kosciusko County multi-agency drug task force).  Anyone with pertinent information regarding illegal drug activity should contact them directly at (574) 372-2494 or by email.
