  • You may put the ticket and money inside the yellow envelope provided and bring it to the police station (2191 E. Fort Wayne St.), or mail the ticket and payment to the police department at the address on the envelope. There are also a number of yellow fine deposit boxes attached to light poles in the downtown area.
