The Board of Public Works and Safety is the chief administrative body of the City of Warsaw. It oversees the day-to-day business of the city, including bids and quotes, contracts, building permits, and personnel matters.
The mayor presides over the three-member board and appoints the other two members. The current members are George Clemens and Councilman Jeff Grose. The city attorney serves as the board's legal adviser, and clerk-treasurer as the clerk of the board
