COVID-19 Vaccine Information

COVID-19 vaccines are currently available to Hoosiers age 16 and older.  (Those ages 16-17 are only eligible for the Pfizer vaccine at this time.)

The Indiana State Department of Health will be holding a large clinic April 20 - 24 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day, including Saturday.  These appointments are also available at the registration link above.

For assistance with scheduling your vaccine, you are encouraged to call our free and local COVID-19 Vaccination Registration Assistance Bilingual Hotline at (574) 347-4256.  Hotline operating hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Please note that the Warsaw Kroger, Meijer, and CVS pharmacies are also vaccination sites, but their appointments must be scheduled through their respective company websites.
