In 2016, the City of Warsaw completed a PASER (Pavement Surface Evaluation and Rating) analysis of all city streets. This analysis determined the current condition of a street, assigned a grade or rating to the street, and allowed the City to prioritize and plan street rehabilitation or reconstruction projects over the next 5 years (2016 - 2020).
The results of the PASER analysis are below, as well as supporting informational documents. These results are now three years old, so the condition of many streets has degraded since this data was gathered. This information is critical in the City's annual budgeting and planning process for street work.
