Coffee & Canvas

A great choice for girls' night out, or date night! Create a canvas painted masterpiece while you sip your choice of coffee beverage. Registration fee includes all supplies, instruction, and beverage.

All classes begin at 6:30 p.m. and are held at the Center Lake Pavilion. $15 per person, Registration required. Ages 13 & up.

Fly Fishing Workshops

Spring Session: May 20 (Register by May 15)
Fall Session: August 26 (Register by August 21)

9:00 a.m. - Noon     Beginner
1:00 - 2:30 p.m.      Intermediate/Advanced

Lucerne Park, Cabin 1
$15 per person

Beginner: Learn basic fly fishing techniques, casting, how to choose fly rods and fly lines, safety and etiquette, and more! Participants will also join instructor Charlie Ray for basic fly tying, where you'll learn about basic knots and bugs. Minimum age is 11, and all equipment will be supplied. Maximum of 5 participants.

Intermediate/Advanced: Improve your fly casting accuracy and learn how to increase your distance with a variety of drills as well as specially-made targets designed to make you a better fly fisher. Minimum age is 11, and all equipment will be supplied. Prerequisite: Must be able to comfortably cast a distance of at least 35 feet and have actively fly fished for at least a year. Maximum of 2 participants.
