Title VI (PDF)

"Human Resources is a somewhat vague term that doesn't fully capture the scope of duties for the City of Warsaw.  While we facilitate recruitment and staffing needs according to local, state and federal guidelines, we are also responsible for the development and coordination of personnel policies and procedures relating to employment and benefits for employees, and provide resources to department heads for safety compliance." -Jennifer Whitaker, Human Resources Director
